Protein Power Balls

A crowd-favorite snack full of fiber, healthy fats, and protein.

Ingredients (makes ~20 balls):

  • 1 cup organic gluten-free rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • ¼ cup Manuka honey (or local raw honey)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to set.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Optional: Add adaptogens or protein powder for an extra boost.
