Green Morning Power Juice
A daily wellness ritual — anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and energizing.
Ingredients (makes ~32 oz):
2 large handfuls of power greens (spinach, kale, or a blend)
4 celery stalks
1 cucumber
1½ cups pineapple (fresh or frozen)
2 green apples
1 small handful fresh mint
1 thumb-size piece fresh turmeric
1 thumb-size piece fresh ginger
Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions:
Wash all produce thoroughly.
Chop large ingredients into manageable chunks.
Run everything through a juicer (or blend with a bit of water and strain).
Serve cold and enjoy fresh each morning.
Best consumed on an empty stomach for optimal gut absorption.
