Green Morning Power Juice

A daily wellness ritual — anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and energizing.

Ingredients (makes ~32 oz):

  • 2 large handfuls of power greens (spinach, kale, or a blend)

  • 4 celery stalks

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1½ cups pineapple (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 green apples

  • 1 small handful fresh mint

  • 1 thumb-size piece fresh turmeric

  • 1 thumb-size piece fresh ginger

  • Juice of 2 lemons

Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.

  2. Chop large ingredients into manageable chunks.

  3. Run everything through a juicer (or blend with a bit of water and strain).

  4. Serve cold and enjoy fresh each morning.

Best consumed on an empty stomach for optimal gut absorption.
