Protein Power Balls

A crowd-favorite snack full of fiber, healthy fats, and protein.

Ingredients (makes ~25 balls):

  • 1 cups organic gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup organic ground flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup organic hemp hearts

  • 1 tbsp organic chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup mini dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips (we use the Enjoy Life brand)

  • 2/3 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter) - add more if needed

  • 1/3 cup Manuka honey (or local raw honey)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set.

  4. Roll into ~1-inch balls.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Optional: Add adaptogens or protein powder for an extra boost. We triple this recipe to make enough for our family of five for a week! Adjust ingredient quantity as needed.
